The Galena Public Library District will provide patrons access to innovative library services, delivered in an efficient manner, that will:

• Assist them to continue to grow and learn throughout their lives
• Provide the materials, programs and services needed to meet their educational and recreational needs
• Enable them to find and use information in a variety of formats
• Provide the information serves needed to answer their questions
• Enable them to explore their personal and community heritage.
